ways to help one wake up in the morning

I have a terrible time waking up in the morning.


I was wondering if you might have an aroma/oil that I might put close to me or on a damp towel after my alarm first goes off to help me get up with more energy. Any suggestions?

Peppermint oil

you should try peppermint oil. It can makes you feel energize.
