Self prepared Essential oil blend for hair growth causing problems?

Based on some amount of research on essential oils, I did on the net, I tried to create the perfect hair oil to stimulate hair growth.

I created the below recipe:
50ml Jojoba
50ml Grapeseed
25ml Rose hip
25ml Evening Primrose
Add 10 drops each of rosemary, thyme, cedarwood, lavender
2 drops Ylang ylang
5 drops Sandalwood
5 drops Carrot seed
3 drops Tea tree
5 drops Geranium
4 drops Roman chamomile
2 drops Palmarosa
5 drops Peppermint
5 drops Basil

I have been using this oil for almost a week now. I apply it every day night and massage it into my scalp. I have noticed that my hair is falling more than usual. I'm loosing about 20 strands of hair daily. Is this normal? Should i discontinue using the oil? I already have scanty, thin, lifeless dry hair. I live in a warm climate with high humidity. My hair is very frizzy. Hair is receding on the scalp above my forehead and also in the sides of my head above my ear. I don't want to loose whatever I already have. Please advise if I should continue or discontinue this oil. Will this oil work better with a few drops of sage oil and sea-buckthorn oil added?

Please let me know any other stimulating hair growth blend for me.
