Peppermint Headache

I read recently that essential oil of peppermint can cure a headache, even migraines. I get 'em. My migraine drug gets me 4 pills for a $60 copay and only 1 refill. That has to last me a full year, so I think to myself: Is this migraine a $15 precious pill headache or can I sleep it off? Usually on day two or three, I give in and take the darn pill, but by then I have lost two or three days of my life!

I recently ordered the oil. Today I woke up with the headache. I am off to try the oil since the aspirin did not faze it. We shall see . . .

How do you use the essential oils?

It would be great if you can tell me how do you use your peppermint oil? by diffuse it? apply on your temple?

Do you use it only pure essential oils or do you blend it with other oils?

I'm sure most of the readers curious about the result. Please tell us...
