Using Nasal Aroma Inhalers
by: Penny Keay

Using an Inhaler is a great way to use essential oils for most personal use.

This method is especially wonderful to use when you have others that don't enjoy the smell of what you are inhaling or if you need to use it for nasal congestion, allergies, colds etc. Or if you have an emotional situation such as panic or depression etc.

So yes Nasal Aroma Inhalers are great for use in aromatherapy.
