Losing eyelashes! What to use to help grow back?

I started losing my eyelashes a few months ago! I have been to a dermatologist as well as an eye doctor. They said they think it's possibly auto immune issues but both recommended using this Latisse stuff that is over $100 a month to buy and use! If you stop using it they will continue back to falling out again so I'm told I would have to use it forever!! Please tell me you have something that would work and I could use on the eyelids where my eyelashes should be! Thanks.

Yes, after(((( lots ))))of research for tags on or near eyelids, I discovered :premium nature castor oil, 100 percent pure carrier oil does grow and thicken your eyelashes ,also slowly desolves , if you use two to three times a day tags.
