In the recipe above, you only use water and castor oil and essential oil.
I am looking for a recipe for colognes that doesn't use alcohol.
I am intrigued by this recipe of voile.
Does the oil mix with the water? What would be its shelf life, since it uses no preservatives? Please let me know.
I was even thinking about making a cologne using rose water as a base and adding essential oils to it, but I don't think the oils would mix with the
water. What do you think?
