How to make my own tuberose oil... at home

I am new to making essential and I cant find a thing on the internet on how to make it at home.


I am interested in making tuberose oil and can't find a thing to help me... I know how to do the lavendar rose and various others but not the tuberose oil. Can u lead me in the right direction? Thank you very much. I need to know step by step instructions in the art of it Thank you again

Hi Chad,

Unfortunately we do not know how they extract Tuberose oil. I assume though that since our supplier lists it as an absolute ? this usually indicates that it is obtained by CO2 extraction. This is not something the average person can do.

Hi Chad,

I found a video about how to make herbal infused oil but don't know if you can use it for tuberose oil.


The Tuberose oil that many company sell is an absolute, which is more like an essential oil. Absolutes are extracted with a solvent, usually alcohol and sometimes other hydrocarbons, such as benzene, hexane, etc. While they are not suitable for therapeutic aromatherapy, they do make wonderful perfumes and are alcohol soluble.
