Sore Gums
by: Penny Keay

As long as you know for sure you do not have any periodontal disease and have been checked by a Dentist to make sure this is not the cause then you could try the following.

Rinse your mouth with 4-8 oz of warm water that you have added 1 teaspoon of salt - preferable sea salt.

Then follow this rinse with a 2 oz of warm water where you have added 1-2 drops of Myrrh and stir well. Do not drink these solutions, just rinse and spit!

Do both of these - at least 3-4 times a day to start. Then as your mouth heals decrease to 2 times a day until completely healed.

This should help and you should see results within 48-72 hours. Total heal time will depend on the severity of your inflamed gums.
