One of my friends was complaining about not to sleep efficiently. I recommended him to use lavender oil in an aroma lamp. I used my own aroma lamp.
Ingredients: hot water, 4 drops lavender oil, 2 drops Jasmine oil. I put them in my lamp and 4 people in the room fall a sleep like in an hour.
I mixed lavender oil with my massage oil also. I used it to massage my partners. -especially if it is after 7pm-
There is another recipe i used for lips.
I have problems with my lip in winter times.
Ingredients: Almond Oil, Cacao Oil, Glycerin oil, and a vitamin E. It really works on cracked and dried lips.
