Headaches are something that we don’t want to have, but due to some causes in our daily lives we still deal with severe headaches or migraines. Headaches are caused by many conditions. According to International Headache Society, there are 2 main categories, namely Tension headache and headache cause by other conditions such as an injury, high blood pressure, infection and tumor.
Some kind of foods may also cause you severe headaches, and when you notice that, you can instantly know that you should change your lifestyle, and eat normally from now on, or maybe just avoid the food causing you headache. Coffee, alcohol and cigarette smoke or other smoke may also cause you a headache.
If we talk about migraines, then we have another type of a headache. Migraines are mostly caused by excess blood in your head. These migraines involve a severe headache, on both sides, and may even cause vomiting. Most of the time, you can avoid a headache with a good sleep over the night, but that doesn’t always work if you have a migraine.
Migraines are many times caused by allergies. These allergies include food allergies and environmental allergies. Whatever can cause a headache can also cause a migraine, mostly it is caffeine, alcohol and stress.

Other essential oils that are very helpful in preventing or easing headache are:
